Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
SkySaver ("we", "us") runs skysaver.ca, an email newsletter with flight deals from Canadian airports. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Your email address and name, when you sign up.
- The airports you choose, so we only send you the deals you want.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage info, like whether you opened an email or clicked a link, and standard information your browser sends when you visit our site.
How we use it
- To send you flight deal emails for the airports you picked.
- To run your membership, including billing, reminders and receipts.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To see which deals people find useful so we can send better ones.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted companies to run SkySaver:
- Ghost hosts our website, manages memberships and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
These companies only get what they need to do their job. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed under local laws. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a member. If you cancel, we keep basic records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
- Change your airports or email preferences from your account at any time.
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Contact us
Questions or requests about your privacy: email hello@skysaver.ca. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and let members know by email.
Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms apply when you use skysaver.ca or become a SkySaver member. By signing up, you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@skysaver.ca.
What SkySaver is
SkySaver is a subscription email newsletter. We look for cheap flights leaving Canadian airports and email them to members. We're not a travel agency. We don't sell flights, take bookings or handle payments for tickets. When you book a deal, you book directly with the airline or booking site, and their terms apply to your ticket, including changes, cancellations and refunds.
Membership and price
- SkySaver Premium costs $7.99 a month or $59 a year, in Canadian dollars.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We charge the card you gave us at signup.
- If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
Free trials
We don't currently offer free trials. If you started a free trial before November 6, 2026, it runs until the end date shown in your account. We'll email you a reminder before it ends, and if you don't cancel, you'll be charged for the plan you chose and it renews from there.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account on skysaver.ca. You don't need to call or email us. After you cancel, you keep getting deals until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Because you can try SkySaver free for 14 days, payments aren't refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. If something went wrong, like a charge you didn't expect, email hello@skysaver.ca within 14 days and we'll look into it. Nothing here takes away any refund rights you have under the law.
About the deals
- Flight prices change constantly. Prices in our emails were correct when we checked, but a fare may be gone or higher by the time you see it.
- Some deals are mistake fares. Airlines usually honour them, but sometimes cancel them. We suggest waiting a few days before booking hotels or other non-refundable plans.
- We share deals as information only. We're not responsible for an airline's or booking site's actions, delays, cancellations, fees or changes to your trip.
Using our content
Our deal emails and website are for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or republish them, or share your account with others.
Our responsibility
We work hard to send accurate, useful deals, but we provide SkySaver as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to SkySaver is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue came up.
Ending a membership
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by reselling our deals. If we stop offering SkySaver altogether, we'll refund any unused time on your current paid period.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email members before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
