These terms apply when you use skysaver.ca or become a SkySaver member. By signing up, you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@skysaver.ca.

What SkySaver is

SkySaver is an email newsletter. We look for cheap flights leaving Canadian airports and email them to members. We're not a travel agency. We don't sell flights, take bookings or handle payments for tickets. When you book a deal, you book directly with the airline or booking site, and their terms apply to your ticket, including changes, cancellations and refunds.

Free membership

Free members get a sample of our deals from the airports they pick, usually about one a week, with the destination and how much the fare is below the usual price. Other deals go to Premium members only. The price, dates and booking link are for Premium members. Free membership costs nothing and you can unsubscribe any time.

Premium and price

• Premium costs $7.99 a month or $59 a year (about $4.92 a month), in Canadian dollars.
• Your membership renews automatically at the regular price at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We charge the card you gave us when you upgraded.
• If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.

Free trials

We don't currently offer free trials. If you started a free trial before November 6, 2026, it runs until the end date shown in your account. We'll email you a reminder before it ends, and if you don't cancel, you'll be charged for the plan you chose and it renews from there.

New member offer

We may email free members who haven't upgraded an offer of 50% off their first year on the yearly plan ($29.50 instead of $59). The discount applies to the first year only. After that, your membership renews automatically at the regular price of $59 a year unless you cancel before the renewal date. The offer is charged right away. One offer per person.

Savings guarantee

If you're on the yearly plan and you don't save at least $200 on flights booked from SkySaver deals during your first year of Premium, we'll refund what you paid for that year.

• "Saved" means the difference between the usual price we listed in the deal and the price you paid, added up across the flights you booked from our deals.
• To claim it, email hello@skysaver.ca within 30 days after your first year ends and tell us which deals you booked, if any.
• The guarantee covers your first year on the yearly plan, including the new member offer. It doesn't apply to the monthly plan. One claim per member.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account on skysaver.ca. You don't need to call or email us. After you cancel, you keep getting Premium deals until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Apart from the savings guarantee, payments aren't refundable and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, since you can try SkySaver free first. If something went wrong, like a charge you didn't expect, email hello@skysaver.ca within 14 days and we'll look into it. Nothing here takes away any refund rights you have under the law.

About the deals

• Flight prices change constantly. Prices in our emails were correct when we checked, but a fare may be gone or higher by the time you see it.
• Some deals are mistake fares. Airlines usually honour them, but sometimes cancel them. We suggest waiting a few days before booking hotels or other non-refundable plans.
• We share deals as information only. We're not responsible for an airline's or booking site's actions, delays, cancellations, fees or changes to your trip.

Using our content

Our deal emails and website are for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or republish them, or share your account with others.

Our responsibility

We work hard to send accurate, useful deals, but we provide SkySaver as it is, without guarantees beyond the savings guarantee above. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to SkySaver is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue came up.

Ending a membership

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by reselling our deals. If we stop offering SkySaver altogether, we'll refund any unused time on your current paid period.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email members before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
